How to choose the correct size of your Compression Pants: Using a tape measure, find out the circumference of your waist at the height you usually wear your pants.
Compare your measurement to the chart below. If you want a really tight fit, go for a smaller size than what the chart indicates. If your measurement fall between two sizes, select the smaller one for a tighter fit or the larger one for a more relaxed fit. You will see that on the size chart there is also a height indicator which describes the optimum height each size fits best. You always need to take under consideration first your waist circumference, and then according to the height indicator, you may choose between two sizes.
